What size do I need?
Use the size chart on the product page to determine the correct size. Measure as shown in the chart and compare your measurement with the corresponding size.
Knee sleeves should fit snug and compressive, but should not cause painful pressure, numbness or unnecessarily restrict your movement.
How should knee sleeves fit?
A good knee sleeve fit feels firm around the knee and provides noticeable compression. The sleeve should stay in place during your lifts without constantly sliding down.
At the same time, you should still be able to move naturally and comfortably through squats, lunges and other exercises.
Why are the sleeves 7 mm thick?
The 7 mm neoprene creates a firm, compressive feel around the knee. This makes the Performance Knee Sleeves particularly suitable for heavy strength work, squats and Olympic lifting.
Which exercises can I use them for?
The Performance Knee Sleeves are designed for exercises where you want additional warmth, compression and support around the knee.
Think of squats, front squats, cleans, snatches, lunges and other strength or functional-fitness movements.
Can I use them for CrossFit and HYROX?
Yes. The sleeves are designed for functional athletes and can be used during CrossFit, HYROX and hybrid training.
Because they are made from firm 7 mm neoprene, they are especially useful during the strength-focused parts of your training.
Why is this an OUTLET product?
This Gold Edition comes from a batch with an older less durable gold print. During intensive use, the print may therefore wear or peel sooner than on our current Performance Knee Sleeves.
The sleeve itself is not a B-grade product: the 7 mm neoprene, construction, fit and support are the same. The outlet price is purely related to the cosmetic durability of the print.
What is the difference from the regular Performance Knee Sleeves?
In terms of support and construction there is no difference. Both versions use the same 7 mm neoprene and supportive fit.

Do I receive one or two knee sleeves?
You receive one complete pair: one knee sleeve for each knee.
How do I care for my knee sleeves?
Allow the sleeves to air out and dry thoroughly after every training session. Do not leave damp knee sleeves sealed inside your gym bag for long periods.
For cleaning, gently hand wash them in cool or lukewarm water and allow them to air dry naturally. Avoid tumble drying, direct heat and scrubbing the gold print to limit cosmetic wear.
